At CloudCurve, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • In their original condition

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of leggings that show signs of wear, stretching, or washing.


How to Request a Return

Simply visit our Contact Page and submit a message with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Our team will reply with the next steps.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we offer easy exchanges. Just reach out through the Contact Page to get started.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

  • If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll fix the issue quickly.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear depending on your bank.


Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
